Kilimanjaro 2022/2023
Winds of Hope will be running a series of trips to climb Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak and the world's highest freestanding peak.
At a height of 5895m, Kilimanjaro soars above the plains of northern Tanzania, creating its own ecosystem and weather system.
The adventures, starting in 2022, include a trek to the summit, visits to local Rotary projects (childrens homes, hospitals and farming ventures) and an incredible safari experience.
Come along to hear Matthew talk about Kilimanjaro, his experiences on the mountain, and learn more about modern eco-tourism with a Rotary twist.
