SES Hoist \Installation
SES Port Phillip are pleased to inform you that the long-awaited hoist construction has been completed – ahead of schedule!
The manufacturer notified us last Monday afternoon that they had a cancellation on their books for the following day, and were ready to construct it then. It was 90% done by Tuesday afternoon, with a slight further delay of two more days as a key cross-piece was missing.
The vehicles are now organised on and under the hoist, and we anticipate a greatly-improved ability to respond with our Inflatable Rescue Boat and Rescue Support vehicle.
